  Defects Mobile Solution

The VRC Defects Mobile Database data entry system allows capture and recording of defects  information on-site using a  Microsoft Windows based hand held computer (PDA). Recording, tracking, signing off and reporting are all easy with the features of this solution. Saves data entry double handling and mistakes. Data is recorded only once onsite and doesn’t have to be keyed-in off paper later.

When making the inspection you enter your findings directly into the Hand Held Computer (PDA). Once you come back to the office, download the newly collected data into the database. Pre-built Microsoft Access & Excel applications for analysing and reporting defects. When a room or an apartment is ready to be re-inspected the data from the database is uploaded to the PDA. The defects can then be reviewed and signed off if the defect has been fixed.
